Too often, our political leaders are afraid to take on tough problems -- opting for expediency over actual solutions. That has to change. I believe all of these problems and more are solvable if we put aside partisan politics.
That starts by listening to the people, particularly those who are most hurt by the hyperpartisanship in Washington.
